Mother's meat loaf    


Nobody makes it like Mother did, though. Sniff.

2 eggs beat
1 kg ground beef
1 can onion soup or make a package of dried onion soup with
half the recommended amount of water
1/2 cup (75 g) bread crumbs
mix all ingredients and make into loaf
in baking recipient
1 Tbsp Kitchen Bouquet or Viandox mix with 1 Tbsp water and pour over top
bake ~ 2 hours at 325°F (160° C)
