After a night at the airport, we spent most of the day driving down to Olympia via the Lousios Gorge, of which we did not see a lot. The mountain roads were very tiring for our ageing driver.
1 The scenery was quite lovely, especially after leaving the autoroute.
2 Getting into the mountains now in the region of Arkadia. Yup, that's our road.
3 Lots of towns built on the tops and flanks of the mountains around here. This one might be Demnitsa, but I don't think so.
