| Antigone by Jean Anouilh. The play was first performed in Paris at the Théâtre de l’Atelier in February 1944 during the Nazi occupation and the parallels to the French Resistance and the Nazi occupation are clear. This production was directed by Stig Torsslow; premiere in 1948. |
